Hot Tip from Nuesoft Xpress: Grouping Transactions with Macros

Try this tip to help you get the most out of your Nuesoft Xpress system. Save time and effort while entering common transactions in tickets by utilizing macro type transactions. Macros make it easy to group multiple repetitive transactions into one, so, for example, you can enter one code for a yearly check-up instead of five. Many transaction types can be part of a macro, including charges, memos, messages, dates, and referrals. You may need to edit the individual transaction codes before saving the ticket. When you select a "macro" transaction type, a popup box will appear. Use this box to choose the transactions to combine into a macro. Nuesoft Xpress to Launch Upgraded Version of Student Health Link™

In the upcoming weeks, Nuesoft Xpress will release a new version of its Student Health Link™ secure, HIPAA-compliant portal, which will include a new look and feel, bidirectional messaging capabilities and enhanced usability. “We’re very excited about the new version,” said Nuesoft Technologies Director of Product and Software Engineering Prem Yadav. “We’ve taken into account user feedback, and have made the user interface more practical. Product Primer: Password Expiration, Appointment Module User Guide

Hot Tip from Nuesoft Xpress™: Password expiration dates Try this tip to help you get the most out of your Nuesoft Xpress™ system. To add extra security to your system you can assign expiration dates to passwords. Here’s how it works: Go to Home> Settings> Account. Mark the Age Passwords checkbox; a box with available times appears. Select the amount of time you want required between password changes. When the user logs in and his/her password has expired, the Change Password dialog box appears. Enter the old password and then enter the new password twice and click OK. Nuesoft Xpress at ACHA: Party Under the Palms

We observed Nuesoft’s 15-year anniversary in student health at the American College Health Association (ACHA) conference in Orlando, Fla. in June. Try this tip to help you get the most out of your Nuesoft Xpress™ system. With the recent release of Nuesoft Xpress™ version 3.07, a new feature has been added that allows universities to choose which identifying number appears on reports. To ensure HIPAA compliancy and protect privacy, users now have the option to choose from social security, student identification or chart numbers to appear on walkout statements and other reports. Record Attendance of College Health Roundtable
