Java Developer

Nuesoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to participate in team-driven systems software development, and conduct a full range of software engineering tasks including coding, testing, and documentation for a N-tier object-oriented medical practice management application programs.

Qualifications:
BS or higher in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

IT Professional (entry level)

Nuesoft Technologies is seeking an entry level IT professional to perform a variety of duties associated with providing information systems and technology support. This position is the assistant administrator of two hosted environments with over 100 servers, a small office environment running Active Directory, Exchange 2000, and a full development environment.  Some weekend and off-hours (including on call) work required.  Flexible work schedule preferred. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, configuration, administration, upgrades, and system security of multiple environments

• Oversee daily administration of flagship product in production environment, application server maintenance and troubleshooting

• Responsible for the backup of data, including automatic backup routines, testing data integrity, and Disaster Recovery.

• Manage Exchange e-mail, spam filtering, DNS, file sharing and permissions management, application, and/or other systems and services as necessary.

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with little guidance yet manage all aspects of network and systems administration in office and production environment

 

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

• Self-starter and independent, flexible attitude and willing to learn.

 

Desired skills:

• Knowledge in Windows-based production environments.

• TCP/IP networking, SQL Server system.

• Veritas Backup Exec.

• Cisco LAN/WAN/PIX hardware.

• Java programming.

• Active Directory and Exchange environment.

Software Support Representatives

Nuesoft Technologies is seeking one full-time and one
part-time support representative with good communication skills and knowledge of computer technology to assist clients with functional questions and technical issues.

 

Required:

• Understanding of medical billing, office flow and industry trends

• Attention to detail

• Solid problem solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills

EDI Analyst

Nuesoft is seeking an EDI Analyst. Responsibilities include interacting with customers in response to inquiries surrounding EDI transmission and rejection reports.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have 2 years of relevant health care industry experience, basic analytical ability to review EDI logic, and an understanding of HIPAA regulations as they apply to EDI Healthcare transactions in ANSI X12 data formats. Experience with medical billing is a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are required.

Software Engineer

Medical Software Trainer

Nuesoft Technologies Inc. is seeking qualified professionals who will be responsible for training end users of its software products. Ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including physicians, office managers, medical billers and other clinical personnel. Candidates should be able to understand, address and correct client issues through training, and will be able to develop an expert understanding of an online medical practice management software system.


Required

• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a medical office (physician practice or college university health center background preferred)

• Excellent computer skills (including aptitude with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with the Internet).

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

• Strong time management and organizational skills, with an ability to handle concurrent projects

• Knowledge of basic medical billing concepts and procedures. Recent medical billing experience preferred.

• High school diploma. College degree preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience working with NueMD or Nuesoft Xpress highly desired
