Question:

Currently our students are mailing in immunization and insurance verification forms, causing many hours of data entry.  Is there a simpler solution to save time and allow students to complete their student health records online?

Answer:

In the next couple of months, Nuesoft Xpress will be rolling out a new communications portal called Student Health Link™, which works in conjunction with Nuesoft Xpress. Student Health Link lets students add and edit their immunization and insurance records online, and will then populate this information in Nuesoft Xpress’ immunization module automatically. From here, health center staff can choose whether to verify the changes. This saves time and drastically reduces data entry.

Student Health Link provides additional functionality for students, including the ability to self-schedule appointments, send secure messages to the health center and update their personal details. Read more about Student Health Link.
