Nuesoft Xpress™ to Launch Upgraded Version of Student Health Link™
In the upcoming weeks, Nuesoft Xpress will release a new version of its Student Health Link™ secure, HIPAA-compliant portal, which will include a new look and feel, bidirectional messaging capabilities and enhanced usability.
"We're very excited about the new version," said Nuesoft Technologies Director of Product and Software Engineering Prem Yadav. "We've taken into account user feedback, and have made the user interface more practical. We've also reskinned the product to be more appealing to student users."
In addition to the new, hip look and more intuitive navigation, Student Health Link now gives students the ability to communicate directly with their school's health or counseling center. After completing a simple registration process, students can also send messages, and update immunization records and personal information. They'll also be able to schedule appointments, and can specify a reason for the visit, select a provider and location, and only search days of the week and times that are convenient for them. This information automatically populates into Nuesoft Xpress as part of the chosen provider's schedule.
Health center staff can use Student Health Link to send messages to individual students or post public announcements seen by all students when they log in to the portal. Staff can also quickly view and verify the immunization details that were added by students, saving hours of data entry.
