Nuesoft Staff - Meet Justin Grant

Meet Justin Grant, sales representative for Nuesoft Xpress, who loves pizza and golf, has
a renewed appreciation for life jackets, and answers to the moniker “Tall Guy”.

How long have you been working at Nuesoft?
About five months. I graduated a little over a year ago from The University of Tampa.

Tell us about your role at Nuesoft.
I’m the Nuesoft Xpress sales representative for the Western region, so I spend a lot of my day on the phone with prospects and clients.

What do you like most about your job?
Having recently graduated from college, I have an amplified appreciation for what college health centers do. The staffs are so altruistic and genuinely care about the students. It’s always a pleasure to talk with them.

What do you do when you’re not working with clients and prospects?
I spend time with friends and play a lot of sports. I like golfing and I’m part of a softball league. I also have just become an uncle – my niece is less than a month old – and I enjoy visiting her.

What is your favorite pizza topping?
I like all the veggies. Run it through the garden! I love any pizza though. I’m a regular at Marcello’s, my local pizza place. I go there at least twice a week.

Did you have any nicknames when you were
growing up?
Tall Guy. That’s still my nickname, actually!

What three things would you want to have with you if you were stranded on a desert island?
I’d probably want to have Vitamin Water, because I’m addicted to it, a Corona with a lime because it would be the perfect opportunity to re-enact the commercial [ which shows someone relaxing on a tropical beach with a beer] and perhaps Wilson the volleyball from the movie “Castaway” because Tom Hanks seemed to think he was good company!

Do you support any sports teams?
The Minnesota Twins.

Is that your home team?
Yes, I’m from Rochester, Minnesota. It was voted “Best Small City” in 2000!

What’s the scariest thing that’s ever happened to you?
I recently almost died white-water rafting. I got thrown out of the raft and was stuck underwater for what seemed like ages. Luckily I was wearing my life-preserver and it preserved my life!

Can you tell us a parting joke?
I tried to walk into Target, but I missed.

I know. That’s actually one of my better ones.
