Nuesoft to Participate in Office of the Future Exhibit at the American Academy of Pediatrics Conference
Nuesoft proudly announces its participation in this year’s Pediatric Office of the Future in conjunction with the 2010 American Academy of Pediatrics conference and exhibition (AAP NCE) in San Francisco. The exhibit will give attendees a glimpse of what an ideal “Office of the Future” might look like, and help them gain some ideas to implement in their own practices.
"Everything we are talking about at this year’s Office of the Future is a part of the medical home concept," said Gregg Alexander, D.O., a London, Ohio, pediatrician, who heads the AAP Pediatric Office of the Future team. "This includes the ability to gather information, facilitate patient access to care and share that information in an appropriate fashion — it’s all about being able to provide the medical home base for patients to have coordinated care rather than the federated model we often have now."
There are four quadrants to the Office of the Future. Nuesoft is a co-sponsor of the Practice Management and Design portion of the exhibit, which addresses practice management resources; office set up and design for health information technology; tablet PCs; billing/coding payment software and custom practice Web sites.
The AAP conference is scheduled for Oct. 2-5, 2010 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. If you are attending this year’s conference, be sure to stop by the Office of the Future display in the exhibit hall to learn more.
