Referrals and other letters

Using NueMD, providers can create letter templates for referrals or evaluations, and then populate them by directly inserting encounter-specific data from a patient’s chart with just a few clicks. This document can then be saved as part of the patient’s chart, as well as sent to another provider as a referral, either in printed form or electronic form via our secure e-fax. NueMD will even automatically select the correct pronoun based upon the patient's gender in their chart and prompt you for other relevant information, so errors are minimized.
