Referrals and other letters

Using Nuevita, providers can create letter templates for referrals or evaluations, and then populate them by directly inserting data from a student’s chart with just a few clicks. This document can then be saved as part of the student’s chart, as well as sent to another provider as a referral, either in printed form or electronic form via our secure e-fax. Nuevita will even automatically select the correct pronoun based upon the student's gender in their chart and prompt you for other relevant information, so errors are minimized.
